Nemanja Čedomirović, Growit co-founder and fervent cyclist – he is driven by change and makes sure to get things done, always ready and willing to go through fire and water for his team and Growit’s vision since day one.

Andrija Zvicer, agile coach and passionate podcast listener. Constantly coming up with new ways to empower teams and seeking new life hacks to pick up.

Đurđa Arsić, agile coach and theater aficionado – she takes care of the teams adopting the agile mindset and aims to improve their collaboration. Rest of the time, you can find her enjoying a good book or a cup of coffee.

Tanja Vukmirović, graphic designer and artist at heart – always bursting with creativity, she gives life to visual solutions and enjoys the abstract art pieces that radiate with energy and bring the emotions to surface.

Jovana Daljević, change facilitator and design sprint enthusiast – she is driven by empathy, both inside and outside of work and is best in her element when running, conquering rock shows front rows, cheering people up and making surprises.

Aco Gagić, Growit co-founder and the man behind Think Big – with a decade long experience with software engineering and team leadership, he is the master in finding creative ways to use tech and coding to solve complex business problems.

Nataša Nikolić, project manager and musical prodigy – she battles new scopes, procurements and execution plans daily, and when she’s not filling the PM shoes, she plays the piano and loves to sing and share with others her absolute devotion to dogs.

Jovana Erić, project coordinator and positivity infuser – she makes sure all the projects are running smoothly and that any issues that may come up are dealt with quickly and efficiently, while her cheerful personality keeps the team in high spirits.

Aleksandar Markuš, agile practitioner and life-long enthusiast – he helps companies navigate the agile transformation and is constantly seeking new ways of doing things. In his spare time, he is equally devoted to sports and music.

Milica Stankić, scrum master and professional sunset hunter – she started with project and event management, making a smooth transition to agile team coordination, helping them fulfill their agile mission. Once the work is done, she sets to enjoy those sunsets.

Vukica Jekić, IT/PM consultant and master crossfitter – besides excelling in the field of IT consultancy, she is also passionate about engineering. An experienced skier, she loves the great outdoors and is willing to discuss the topic of subconsciousness at any given moment.

Grozdana Vučković, the back-office master and board games champion – she handles all the administrative and financial tasks for the whole team, so when she gets some time off, she likes to treat herself with a good book or a long relaxing walk.
