Wake-up call at 2 AM

In the whirlwind of daily responsibilities, it is easy to lose touch with ourselves. Burnout is becoming more common, as the constant race for success slowly pulls us away from our true selves.
I was "lucky" enough to face depression and anxiety near the end of my university studies. Through it, I learned to listen to what my body is telling me and to follow those signals.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a wonderful tool that has helped me relax my body and focus my thoughts. Lie down comfortably on your back, close your eyes, breathe through your nose, and focus your attention on your body, part by part. Whenever your thoughts wander, bring your focus back to your breath.
The main goal is to reach a state of deep relaxation and inner awareness - your body completely relaxed, but your mind awake. It is accessible to everyone and can be practiced at any time of day.
